Protective Services
KKCS is a Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) appointed Child Protection Management Agency. We believe everyone has the right to safety. Our specialist protective workers support individuals and families affected by violence and abuse — including survivors, persons who use violence, and vulnerable adults. We work with clients to promote healing, build new strategies, and uphold the right to a safe space.
Safe & Strong Families – Preservation
SSFP supports families with moderate to high risks to ensure that children remain safe and well at home. Referrals are made by the Ministry of Social and Family Development’s Protective Service (PSV), and each family receives sustained, home-based intervention up to 12 months.
By working directly within the home environment, our team builds trust with families and supports them in real-life situations. This approach enables deeper engagement, helping families open up about their challenges and take active steps toward change. Through consistent support, families begin to strengthen relationships, improve parenting practices, and create safer and more stable home environments for their children.

Domestic Violence
Domestic violence is more common than you think, it can happen to anyone regardless of age, gender, income or education. It can be difficult to seek help. Should you or you know someone facing this you can reach out to professionals at KKCS. Our committed team is here to build safety and support the recovery of survivors, children, and vulnerable household members.
