Information & Referrals service provides a welcoming first touchpoint for those seeking guidance. Whether it’s answering a question, providing helpful information or connecting you to the right service, we help make support more accessible and less daunting.
Casework & Counselling services offer deeper, longer-term support. Together, we work towards strengthening family relationships, building resilience, and drawing on the support of the wider community, so that you do not need to face life’s challenges alone.
Group Work
Our group programmes bring you together with others with shared experiences, creating safe and supportive spaces for connection and growth. In these groups, you learn from one another, share their journeys, and build meaningful relationships. Guided by our professionals, these group programmes support personal development, strengthen coping skills, and nurture resilience through psychoeducation, mutual support and learning.
Community Work
Every community carries its own stories — of care, resilience, and quiet strength. We believe communities thrive when people come together, not just to receive support, but to give it as well. Through outreach and ground-up initiatives, we create spaces for you to connect with and care for one another. Strengthening Families Programme
(Jalan Besar)
KKCS Strengthening Families Programme (FAM) supports individuals and families navigating marital, parenting, separation, and post‑divorce challenges. Through counselling, mediation, structured group programmes, and court‑mandated interventions, FAM helps families manage conflict constructively and prioritise children’s well‑being. Grounded in evidence‑informed practice and delivered with empathy and respect, FAM empowers families to make informed decisions, strengthen co‑parenting relationships, and move forward with greater stability and resilience.
