Mr Martin Ho 

Director, Corporate Services 

Mr Martin Ho is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (Singapore) and an Associate Adult Educator. As Director of Corporate Services at KKCS, he oversees Community Engagement and Partnerships, Resource Development, Human Resources, Information Technology and Finance—key functions that strengthen the organisation’s capabilities and sustainability. Drawing on experience across the accountancy, medical and social service sectors, he brings a multidisciplinary perspective to organisational leadership and governance. He also serves on the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants’ Charity Accounting Committee and previously served on the Audit Committee of an Institution of a Public Character from 2011 to 2022. Through his leadership, Mr Ho supports KKCS in operating effectively while advancing its mission of strengthening families and building a stronger community.

Ms Lee Yean Wun 

Executive Director 

Ms Lee Yean Wun is a veteran social worker with 40 years of experience supporting at-risk youths and families with complex needs. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and is trained in Family and Marital Therapy. Throughout her career, she has contributed to pioneering initiatives including the Guidance Programme, Mandatory Counselling Programme, School Social Work and Intensive Case Management Programme. She has also served as a Master Social Worker and helped advance professional practice standards within the Family Service Centre sector. A recipient of the Outstanding Social Worker Award in 2015, Ms Lee leads KKCS with deep professional expertise and an enduring commitment to strengthening families and the community.

Mr Ivan Wong Wei Hann 

Member 

Mr Ivan Wong is an adjunct lecturer and an enterprise AI enablement consultant at Maple Commerce, with 25 years of experience in marketing, technology and education. He has taught digital and AI marketing programmes at institutions including the Singapore Management University and Singapore Institute of Technology and has trained more than 3,000 professionals. A former Google trainer and BCG RISE faculty member, he specialises in digital strategy, search engine optimisation, marketing automation and business analytics. As a member of the KKCS Management Committee, Mr Wong contributes his expertise in digital transformation, communications and lifelong learning to support the organisation’s continued development and community impact.

Ms Cynthia Wong Yuen Chinn 

Member 

Ms Cynthia Wong has held key leadership positions in listed real estate companies and REITs including as Deputy CEO in a joint venture for a prestigious mixed development. She has been actively serving on nonprofit boards since 2011 and is currently serving on two advisory boards. Her passion and commitment for the social service sector has seen her serving as Council Member and Chair, Human Resources Committee for The Singapore Association for the Deaf and HCA Hospice Care in the past and currently as an Audit Committee member of two nonprofits. She leverages her diversified experience to bring valuable perspectives on governance and strategy as a member of the Management Committee and the Programme and Services Committee of KKCS. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Estate Management (Honours) from the National University of Singapore.

Mr Dyfrig Maredudd Wilson 

Member 

Mr Dyfrig Maredudd Wilson is Vice President and Head of Regulatory for Emerging Markets at Viatris Asia Pacific Pte Ltd.   He brings extensive experience in pharmaceutical regulatory affairs, overseeing regulatory strategy across diverse and evolving markets. Before joining Viatris, he served as Head of Regulatory Affairs for Emerging Markets at Upjohn, a division of Pfizer. His work involves navigating complex regulatory environments and supporting access to safe, effective and high-quality medicines. As a member of the KKCS Management Committee, Mr Wilson contributes his regional leadership experience, strategic perspective and expertise in governance and regulatory compliance to support the organisation’s mission and continued development.

Ms Dorothy Ching Pui Wah 

Member 

Ms Dorothy Ching is the first Executive Director of Transformational Business Network Asia (TBNA), an organisation that supports social enterprises in addressing poverty across Southeast Asia. She brings extensive corporate and non-profit experience spanning business development, marketing, communications and education, with work experience in Singapore, China, Australia and the United States. She previously served as Country Director for a network of social investors active across Asia. Passionate about social justice and sustainable community transformation, Ms Ching contributes her expertise in partnerships, stakeholder engagement and social impact to support KKCS’s mission of strengthening families and building a stronger community.

Mr Chin Soon Theen 

Member 

Mr Chin Soon Theen is Commander of Cluster C at Singapore Prison Service. He brings extensive leadership experience in correctional operations, institutional management, offender rehabilitation and community reintegration. As a member of KKCS Management Committee, Mr Chin contributes his expertise and insights to support and advance the organisation's work in strengthening individuals and families.

Mr Adrian Chan Kwong Shing 

Honorary Assistant Treasurer 

Mr Adrian Chan is a Partner and an Executive Director at KPMG in Singapore. As a Chartered Accountant qualified in Singapore and Australia, he advises Singapore-based and multi-national businesses facing financial and operational challenges, specialising in corporate turnarounds and debt restructuring. With extensive experience in deal advisory, he helps organisations navigate complex financial matters, raise rescue financing, manage risks and work towards achieving sustainable outcomes. As Honorary Assistant Treasurer of KKCS, Mr Chan contributes his financial expertise, sound judgement and governance experience to support the organisation’s financial stewardship and long-term sustainability.

Mr Oon Jin Gee 

Honorary Treasurer 

Mr Oon Jin Gee is semi-retired and serves as Digital Transformation Enabler at Temasek Trust to strengthen the charity sector’s digital capabilities.  He previously held roles as Chief Digital Officer, SMRT and Chief Information Officer, NCS.  His experience includes improving organisational efficiency and effectiveness through strategic design, infocomm technology integration, cybersecurity, and process optimisation. 

Mr Oon is a two-time Olympian.  He has volunteered on the boards of the Singapore National Olympic Council, Singapore Aquatics, National Anti-Doping Board Singapore, National Water Safety Council, Anglo-Chinese School, Methodist School of Music, and Kampong Kapor Methodist Church.  As Honorary Treasurer, he helps to advance KKCS’ financial stewardship and mission.

Mr Lim Tanguy Yuteck 

Honorary Secretary 

Mr Lim Tanguy Yuteck is Chief Executive Officer of Pro Bono SG and a seasoned non-profit leader committed to advancing access to justice. A lawyer by training, he practised law for 12 years before joining the Law Society of Singapore in 2007 to establish and lead its Pro Bono Services Office. He became CEO of Pro Bono SG in 2017 and has since championed partnerships that make legal support more accessible to underserved communities. His contributions have earned him the President’s Volunteerism & Philanthropy Awards (Leaders of Good Award category) in 2022 and the Chief Legal Officer Award in 2024. As Honorary Secretary, he contributes his legal, governance and community-sector expertise to KKCS.

Mr Andrew How Wai Mun 

Vice Chairman 

Mr Andrew How is a Partner at Mercer with more than 30 years of experience in human resources and organisational consulting. His expertise spans culture and employee engagement, leadership assessment and development, and HR and talent advisory. Before joining Mercer, he served as Singapore Market Leader at Kincentric, where he advised public-sector organisations and large local enterprises in Singapore and Indonesia. In his current role, he works with organisations across Asia to strengthen leadership capabilities and prepare their workforces for change. As Vice Chairman of KKCS, Mr How contributes his strategic leadership and people-development expertise to advancing the organisation’s mission and community impact.

Mr Evan Law Yew Kwong 

Chairman 

Mr Evan Law brings extensive leadership, strategy and governance experience from the public and private sectors. Before retiring, he served as Chief Executive of the Singapore Accountancy Commission and subsequently as Assistant Chief Executive of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority. Earlier in his career, he held senior appointments in the education and accountancy sectors, including at PSB Academy and the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management and a Master of Business Administration. As Chairman of KKCS, Mr Law provides strategic direction and governance oversight, guiding the organisation in strengthening families and building a stronger community.
